1. ENTRANCE:

Shipment must be entered into customs warehouse, at least four hours ahead from the time of departure.

2. DECLARATION

Upon completing the entrance, Terminal charges have to be paid to the customs warehouse office. Then the clearance is allowed to be processed to the customs house. Regularly, this process takesapproximately four hours.

Note:For shipments which need quarantine inspections, nation-defenses article, journal inspections, etc. are requested to be presented to the officer concerned prior to entrance.

3. READY FOR BOARDING

Customs release and AWB must be turned-over to the carriers four hours ahead ETD.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

1. EXPORT PERMIT

Exceptions:

A. Sample of no commercial value

B. Value under USD 5,000,000

2. COMMERCIAL INVOICE IN 3 COPIES

3. PACKING LIST IN 3 COPIES

4. PARTICULAR LICENSE

Depends on regulations, such as quarantine inspection, qualities certificate, pass for scaling instrument, journal documentary, radio passport, etc.

F.O.B. Charge

1. HANDLING CHARGES (H/C)
NTD 1,200 per HWB or NTD 850 per HWB for sample shipment (under 45kgs) export permit, form "A", inspection certificate and invoice/packing list preparing customs clearance.

2. CARTAGE (CTG) - SERVICE WITHIN TAIPEI DOWNTOWN
Min NTD 400, NTD 2.00/K Pick up cargo from shipper, repack at our office and deliver to the airport.

Advance Charges

3. Government Terminal Charges

Min NTD 100.00, NTD 5.00/per Kilo (Min- 300kgs) plus NTD 1.5/K on excess from 301kgs. Customs warehouse fee, valid within 3 days from date of entrance.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Saturday 08:30 - 12:00

Remarks: Customs only weork on odd weedend of each month.

Overtime government warehouse Charges: NT$0.50 Per Kilo.

Customs overtime chages on weekend: NT$1,000.00 for shipment over

US$5000.00 of FOB value. and 500,00 for samsple shipment under US

$5,000.00 plus NT$200.00 per hour from 08:30.

The charges on House Airway bill under Code of GT.

Irregular Clearance Cost

1. OVERTIME FEE

NTD1,000 for shpt over USD5000, NTD500 for shpt under USD5000.
An official fee pay for executing after official hours and on national holidays.

2. ESCORT FEE

NTD 300 per shipment
A customs fee pay for shipment in bond transit.

3. FORKLIFT (FORKLIFT USED)

NTD 250 / 15 Minutes -An official payment for unloading / loading at airport.

4. SPECIAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

NTD 2,000 per shipment

5. CUSTOMS EDI CHARGES

NT$200.00 per shipment.
