Born out of airfreight, the group hasmoved into and perfected a full range of multi-modal and logistics services. Established in 1973, WACO has achieved a high level of success by combining a solid multinational force with local and national depty, though its network of exclusive member forwarders in each country. The organization competes at the highest level, not only with the leading multinational forwarders but also with the large integrators who have entered the traditional airfreight market throughout the world. Because each WACO member operates along mutually established and efficient lines, there is a wide synergy and team spirit which bind together over 50 separate companies and allow them to act in harmony as one entity.
