D. Management by Objective


There are three main divisions of management:


D-1. Operational

All members conform to mutually-agreed procedures for day-to-day operations such as consolidations breakbulk, POD, communications and documentation. In order to simplify these functions, every office of all WACO members has an operating manual containing all necessary information about WACO.

D-2.Financial

Accounting problems can often be a majors stumbling-block to the international freight forwarding business. Financial dependability ensures prompt settllement of accounts between members, the policy on disbursements and the efficient running of banking facilities, are all maters of vital concern to WACO Management and its cutomers. in the future, more and more time and effort will be invested in improving the Group's financial services.

D-3.Marketing

Whereas each members is actively seeking both new and renewed business, there are many advantages provided by central marketing activies, including overseas visits and sales trips between member countries. As a single forwarding group, WACO offers seamless worldwide operations with local sales muscle.
