ISO 為「International Organization for Standardization」（國際標準組織）之縮寫。
規範品質管理作業的 ISO9000係於1987年正式提出，並於2000年11月將三項認證（ISO9001、ISO9002、ISO9003）併入 ISO9001。
NNR GLOBAL LOGISTICS UK LIMITED 係於1994年3月獲得 ISO9002／BS5750 認證，而Tokyo Export Div 是在1997年4月於日本取得 ISO9002 認證，現在 NNR 集團已在十一國取得 ISO9001／2000 或 ISO9001／2008 認證。

And it 3 certification (ISO9001, ISO9002, ISO9003) were integrated to ISO9001 in November 2000.

TAPA

2005年，Narita Logistic Center 與 Rinku Logistic Center 獲得運輸資產保護協會（Transported Asset Protection Association，TAPA）貨運安全要求（FSR- 2007）的 A 級認證。
TAPA 係由美國的多家高科技公司、運輸公司及顧問公司組成的非營利組織，旨於免除搬運高價值貨品時的安全性威脅。
在亞洲及歐洲亦設有總辦事處。
NNR GLOBAL LOGISTICS (HK) LIMITED, 於2004年10月取得 TAPA 的 A 級認證，其他 NNR 集團亦於全球取得16項認證（日本兩項，美國七項，在馬來西亞三項、上海、新加坡、泰國及荷蘭取得一項）。

Narita Logistic Center and RinkuLogistic Center have acquired the certification of CLASS A of the Transported Asset ProtectionAssociation (TAPA) for Freight Security Requirements (FSR-2007) in 2005.
TAPA is a non-profit organization set up by the high technology companies, transportation companies and consultants in USA, with the purpose of preventing high value products from emergingsecurity threats while moving.
They have head offices in Asia and Europe as well at present.
NNR GLOBAL LOGISTICS (HK) LIMITED, has got the CLASS A of TAPA first on Oct 2004, other NNR groups have also attained 16 certificates in the world (2 in Japan, 7 in USA, 3 in Malaysia, Shanghai, Singapore, Thailand, Netherlands).

AEO （Authorized Economic Operator）

西日本鐵道株式會社國際物流事業本部，依循日本AEO認證制度，於2009年1月19日申請取得「特定保稅認可」之許可，並於2月10日，由本公司副董事長南雄志郎，接受東京海關授與的許可證明。

AEO為Authorized Economic Operator（優質企業）的簡稱，意指企業在安全管理及遵守法令規範方面皆有良好表現，經海關認證合格成為優質企業，而取得本認證的企業將享有簡化通關等優勢；至於管理優質企業的相關制度，則稱為AEO認證制度。AEO認證制度為目前全球的趨勢，各國皆紛紛響應加入此制度。

本公司的台灣分公司，也在2012年6月25日取得台灣海關認證授與之AEO許可證明。
本公司已通過「特定保稅認可」許可，今後將為客戶提供更高品質、高附加價值的服務。

The Global Logistics Head Office of Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. was approved on January 19, 2009 as a "designated bonded authorizer" to promote the acquisition procedures according to the Japanese AEO system, and the certification was presented to Vice-President and Director Yushiro Minami by the Tokyo Customs Office on February 10.

AEO is an initialism for Authorized Economic Operator, and the AEO system describes the system of applying benefits such as the simplification of procedures to Authorized Economic Operators using workers approved by Customs as being excellent in both security and compliance. The AEO system is a global flow system, and currently, work is ongoing to achieve mutual approval with all countries.

Our Taiwan office was also AEO certified by Taiwan Customs on June 25, 2012.
Approval as a "designated bonded authorizer" on this occasion enables us to supply our customers with even higher quality and higher value-added service.
